These terms govern the use of chauffeur and vehicle hire services provided by Punjab Prestige Car Hire (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India.

Booking and confirmation

All bookings are made via WhatsApp or the enquiry form on this website. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date, time, route, and price over WhatsApp and you have paid the agreed deposit. Until a deposit is received, no booking is guaranteed.

Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted individually for each booking and confirmed in writing over WhatsApp before travel. The deposit amount is agreed at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable on the day of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer and UPI.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking start time will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit. We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, road closures, vehicle breakdown). In such cases, we will offer an alternative vehicle or a full refund.

Passenger conduct

Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times. Smoking and consumption of alcohol are not permitted in the vehicle. We reserve the right to end a journey if passenger behaviour puts the safety of the chauffeur or vehicle at risk.

Liability

Punjab Prestige Car Hire carries comprehensive motor vehicle insurance as required by Indian law. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or events outside our control. Luggage and personal belongings are carried at the passenger’s own risk.

Waiting time

For airport transfers, up to 60 minutes of waiting time from the scheduled or actual landing time (whichever is later) is included at no extra charge. Additional waiting time beyond this may incur a charge, which will be communicated in advance.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this website at the time of your booking is the version that applies.
